Star City Soccer Foundation
SCSF was formed in 2009 to provide opportunities in education, leadership and assimilation for refugees who have been relocated in Roanoke, Virginia.
The Hope Soccer Festival is the primary fundraiser for the Star City Soccer Foundation's mission and work.
